This was one of our stops on the last bar hopping adventure. This is a beautiful bar with a great selection of alcohol. Price is comparable to the area, but the coolest thing had to be the band playing that night. Any place that's got live music in such a digital DJ/ Top 40s/EDM/ Drop the Bass world, is ok in my book.

First time here while I was on a date. Jenna the bartender was so sweet and very polite. This place has a great atmosphere. Halloween decorations were still up- wish I would have been here on Halloween totally would have been great. The drinks are nice and strong. They serve food and the bathroom was very clean. Really enjoyed my time here. Very nice place in general. They play all genres of music from hip hop to 80s. Pretty cool place. We'll be back for sure.

Smooth vibes, friendly bartenders, & great ambiance. The Griffin is a super cool looking place, and isn't too loud so that you can still have a conversation. I came here on a Friday night. We were greeted by a super friendly bartender who spent 15 min showing us an iMessage emoji conversation she was having with her 7-year old nephew. She's great LOL. Since we were one of the first people there, we were able to get our drinks super fast. The bar itself is spacious enough to gather with a group of people, but also offers various small tables along the large couches for more private gatherings. I liked that it was busy enough to feel like you were hanging out some place cool, but not crowded to the point of claustrophobia. The litness to leisure balance was *insert chef's kiss here* Definitely a great place to kick back at the end of the week! Various street parking nearby, free after 8PM.

I love the show New Girl and was excited to see that this is the bar they go to on the show! It's a pretty cool place with good drinks and they had football on the screens. I got a moscow mule, my friend got an old fashion. We also shared a shot with pickle juice which was interesting...

The Griffin is also a Atwater village staple. It's dark cozy and a lil bit romantic. They have fire pits inside for that romantic feel and the overall mood screams closeness. They have a second bar in the back but honestly every time I've been there it's never open. Sometimes they have live bands which is also cool but if not they have music playing in the background. I like that they have that daily mystery shot and they also have some killer food. Believe it or not, they have a killer wedge salad. Haha it was so good There's plenty of parking in the neighborhood too so check it out.

Happy Hour (5pm-7pm everyday) no longer includes food, only drinks ($5 well, beer/wine, etc). And I still love their bar food, and atmosphere here -- cozy chill brick cabin feel. Crowd: Ages late 20s-late 30s. Nice staff and bartender. Chill to hip. This bar's logo/location is the same bar in The New Girl Show. On a Saturday night, you'll be able to still find seating after 9pm. Good for small groups of 2-4. If you come earlier, you'll may be able to grab the side table areas for larger groups like 10+ for bday party? Weekdays are chill, and great catch up place. Parking: Street. Its possible to find down the residential block down. Located across from Tams.

I use to work at the Tmobile across the street in Los Feliz. The drinks here are good. Nice chill spot, you can order food here all night. They have a small patio if you need to smoke outside. Nice chill place to relax and grab some drinks with your cool and workers. Decor: two fire pits and lots of places to sit and hang around. There is a back room if you need to hold a private party. Parking: street parking, metered in the front only for half an hour max til midnight. Verdict: Chill spot for the night time crowd.

Terrrrific!! I had such an awesome time at the griffin! I came here with a few friends to celebrate a birthday. This place is very chill & laidback not to mention that it is perfect for a small group to get together and enjoy the night. The ambiance just screams "relax", the bartenders are cool, the food is just right especially combined with the libations of your choice which for this evening I skipped my Moscow Mule and stuck with its American counterpart the Kentucky Mule which has become my new favorite. Aside from their many cocktails craft beers and different bevies will satisfy ones alcohol cravings to loosen up and decompress after a long days work. Their juke box provides many selections of old time faves as well as contemporary sounds of your liking - with a few dollars, you can have your preferred music to further enjoy the night. Parking can be tough to find but not really an issue especially if you know how to parallel park just don't forget to feed the meter as parking enforcers in this area doesn't seem to sleep. Make sure to read the signs to save yourself from the dreadful parking ticket. I know that there are many good bars close or around the area but if you so happen to be in this side of town, go ahead and try the Griffin- you just can't go wrong. Cheers!
